Refund policy
If you are dissatisfied with an item, you reserve the right to return the item, within a 14 day period without reason. We will refund the purchase price of the returned item to your bank account. Before returning an item we advise you to carefully read the return policy conditions below.
Return Policy Conditions:
All returned items should meet the following conditions:
- The approval period of 14 days has not yet past, after the 14 day approval period the purchase is legalized
- The item is clean, complete and undamaged
- The shipping costs have to be payed by the customer
- The return address is in the Netherlands
- All labels and cards are still attached to the item
- The item has not been used (the fitting of clothes is not considered as used)
- The packaging is the original, undamaged and has not been written on or otherwise changed or altered (you can keep the stickers)
- Clearly state the Kurdistan FA Servicepoint address on the shipping box
- The return box is wrapped carefully so that the items will not damage during transport
- Items are to be firmly and carefully packaged for shipping and returned undamaged. For instance, pack the original bag in an extra shipping bag so that it will not damage during transport.
Inspection upon delivery
Inspect items upon delivery. Please check that they are undamaged and that the items received are the same listed on the invoice. In the event that this isn't the case, please report this within 24 hours via info@kurdistanfa.com.
Return form
In order to process your return, you need to contact us via info@kurdistanfa.com.
Can I exchange items?
When an item is returned, the purchase price is automatically refunded to your bank account or PayPal. Exchanging an item is therefore not possible. If you wish to order a new item, you can place a new order on the website. An item ordered in a different colour or size is considered a new order. If you place a new order after returning an item, Kurdistan FA will charge delivery costs for this item.
